Triple Eclipse

Here we have a picture
taken by Hubble's near infrared camera of Jupiter being eclipsed by
three of its moons, Io, Europa and Calisto. You can also see in the
picture two of the moons that are causing the shadows. Io, appearing
here as a white speck due to its sulphurous surface and Europa, shown
in icy blue. Jupiter's colours depict clouds of different altitudes.
