This exercise is actually quite interesting if you know a little bit of
programming. Languages that range from ultra terse to ultra verbose are
all here. That means the standards like C++, Javascript, Perl, Java and Python, plus the older ones that are still in common use C, Lisp, COBOL and Fortran. There are various defunct ones as well like Algoland BCPL and some intentionally obfuscated and damned nearly unusable ones like ZT, Unlambda and Brainfuck. And finally some that date from before computers were even invented like the Turing Machine and Babbage's Analytical Engine. Plenty to explore here, see how that favorite language of yours compares.[link]
Thanks again Dave.
